Do I need to print my ticket or can it be scanned on my phone?

We will accept both printed tickets or tickets shown on a cell phone

What happens if i lose or misplace my ticket?

If you lose or misplace your ticket, we ask that you call our ticketing customer service platform SeeTickets. On the day of the show there could be a high volume of calls, so be prepared!

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Children under four years old do not need a ticket!

Is there a kids zone?

Yes! There will be a kid friendly zone at the venue. We do ask that all parents please stay with their kids while at the kids zone.

Can I get a refund if i cannot attend the concert?

Tickets are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any issues with tickets purchased through a third party seller (Craigslist, TicketMaster, Seat Geek, etc.)

Can I leave the venue and get re-entry?

There will be NO re-entry into the venue.

Are chairs allowed?

We are not allowing any outside chairs. This includes camping chairs, folding chairs, lawn chairs, stadium seating or any type of portable chairs. The Grandstands are open to all General Admission ticket holders alongside access to the standing lawn area pit.

Are there concessions?

Yes! There will be a full food court along with alcohol concessions open at the shows.

Can I bring my own food or drink?

No. We are not allowing any outside food or beverage into the venue, all of it can be bought inside!

Are there designated smoking areas?

Yes, there will be designated smoking areas that will be marked at the venue.

Can I buy tickets the day of?

Yes! Ticket sales will remain open online for the day of the show. Tickets will also be sold at the venue at the labeled Will Call/Day of Ticket Sales stands.

Where is general admission seating?

General Admission seating will be the entire Grandstands at Expo Idaho with the exception of marked off season ticket holder and sponsor seating. General Admission tickets also give ticket holders access to the standing lawn area in front of the stage.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no four legged friends are allowed at our concerts.

Is alcohol being sold?

Yes! There will be multiple alcohol concession stands and windows open throughout the duration of the concert. Before purchasing alcohol, you must get ID’ed and wristbanded with security.

is there ada parking?

Yes! ADA parking will be labeled and is available on a first come first serve basis.

Is there artist merchandise available for sale?

Yes! There will be artist merchandise sold at the venue.

Are the concerts outside?

Yes! The Grandstands at Expo Idaho are covered.

Can we tailgate?

We ask that you do not tailgate in the parking lot.

Can we sit on the grass?

The lawn area at Expo Idaho is a standing room only pit for all General Admission ticket holders.

Does a purse count as a "bag"?

Yes, but small purses and backpacks are permitted in the venue and are subject to search upon entry.

Is there handicap seating available?

Yes!
